Features

  • This flush lid has only few projections.
  • The latch, lock, and packing can be readily in corporated after coating.

Specification

  • Material: Rid: Cold rolled steel plate (SPCC)
    Latch: AAS resin
    Lock: Zinc alloy (ZDC)
    Packing: Ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM)
  • Finish: Zinc plating chromate treatment (MFZn-C)

Specific Uses

  • The lids of busses, specially equipped vehicles and camping cars.

Remarks

  • Attach either by welding or by drilling.
  • Use the CP-875-2 (P.1077) as the handle.
  • Use the CP-315-D (P.1028) as the lock.
  • For smooth operation, lubricate it by oil spray at certain intervals and check the operation.
  • It is recommended that the packing be applied to the back of the lid.
