Features

C-300-EG
  • Weather-resistant, cold-resistant and heat-resistant.
  • Compressive load is small so a structure will not be deformed.
  • Ingredients do not ooze out of the foam when heating or compressing.
  • Due to its softness, it can be used as a dustproof and soundproof gasket with only minimal compressive force.

C-300-EG
  • Material: EPDM foam/composite resin adhesive
  • Foam: Semi-independently and semi-continuously foamed
  • Water resistance:
    Effective with compression ratio of 70% or more
  • Compressive hardness:
    0.39N/cm2 at the compressibility of 25%.
    0.69N/cm2 at the compressibility of 50%.
  • Marginal compression rate:
    80% (May have difficulty returning to its original state if compressed in excess of the marginal compression rate)
  • Ambient temperature: -20℃ to +80℃
  • Standard color: Black
  • With adhesive

Specific Uses

C-300-EF
  • Water-resistant, watertight, cold-resistant and heat-resistant.
  • It's independently foamed plastic for great flexibility and elasticity.
  • Can be applicable to the complex shapes.
  • It's water-resistant so it can be used as a packing.
