Features

  • Increases waterproof effects by the seamless hinges.
  • This hinge can be cut for an optional length.
  • Opens 60°when the door is free.
  • Eliminates projections on the door, making the appearance neat.
  • Opens 270°. (Suitable for the rear door)

Specific Uses

  • Specially equipped vehicles, medium size vans, cold storage cars and bus lids

Remarks

  • When the hinge is installed, the door end will be lowered about. If correction is required, install the guide bush.
  • Mounting holes are not provided. (Holes may be drilled in any location,but the holes at both ends should be no more than 40mm from the end.)
  • If the door is operated by the hydraulic cylinder, the excessive tensile force is applied to the hinge. Please call us for the detailed information.
  • If rubber deteriorates, replace it immediately.
